1.1 Data Collection
We collect personal data voluntarily provided through our contact forms, including full name, email address, phone number, company name, and project details. This data is collected solely for the purpose of responding to inquiries, providing service proposals, and delivering contracted design and development services.
1.2 Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data based on: (a) the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request; (b) your explicit consent given via form submission; and (c) compliance with legal obligations under Spanish tax and commercial law.
1.3 Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, plus any additional period required by applicable Spanish commercial and tax regulations (typically 5 years for financial records).
1.4 Data Security
All personal data is stored on encrypted, EU-hosted cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your data.

These Terms of Service govern all engagements between WebCanvasStructures and its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
2.1 Scope of Services
WebCanvasStructures provides web design, typographic architecture, spatial interface development, and related digital design services. All services are delivered according to mutually agreed Statements of Work (SOW) that define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
2.2 Project Engagement
Projects commence upon receipt of written confirmation and initial payment as specified in the SOW. Any changes to project scope require a formal change request and may affect timelines and costs.
2.3 Intellectual Property
Upon full settlement of all agreed invoices, all intellectual property rights in client-specific deliverables, including source code, design files, typography systems, and digital assets, are irrevocably transferred to the Client.
2.4 Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum as permitted under EU Directive 2011/7/EU on late payments in commercial transactions.
2.5 Liability
WebCanvasStructures' total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
WebCanvasStructures uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website in accordance with the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and the Spanish Law on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE, Law 34/2002).

3.2 Analytics Cookies
We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our website. This data is aggregated and anonymized, and is used solely to improve our service quality and user experience.
3.3 Managing Cookies
You may control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impair website functionality. Our cookie consent banner allows you to accept or decline non-essential cookies at any time.
3.4 Third-Party Cookies
We do not sell, trade, or share cookie data with third-party advertisers. Any third-party integrations (e.g., Google Maps for location display) are subject to their own privacy policies.
Article 4 — Refund Policy
WebCanvasStructures is committed to fair and transparent refund practices in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).
4.1 Right of Withdrawal
For services contracted online, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract confirmation, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. However, if service delivery begins with the client's explicit consent and acknowledgment that this waives the withdrawal right, no refund applies for work already performed.
4.2 Service-Specific Refunds
If WebCanvasStructures fails to deliver the agreed services within the specified timeframe without valid justification, the Client is entitled to a proportional refund based on the percentage of undelivered work. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
4.3 Non-Refundable Items
Deposits and initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered. Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the Client (e.g., domain registrations, hosting fees, stock licenses) are non-refundable.
4.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. The Client will receive written confirmation of the refund amount and processing date.
4.5 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from refund requests shall first be addressed through direct negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Plasencia, Cáceres, Spain, or to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/odr).
